As a commercial mortgage broker I facilitate the funding of commercial loans funded by private investors. These loans are used to fix and flip residential and commercial properties as well as the construction or development of real estate.   Education: Studied Business in College at UNLV/Nevada State College. Professional Experience:Spent the last 12 years in the private lending/commercial mortgage broker industry. Have helped fund over $500 Million worth of commercial private loans. Have an experience in Architecture and Construction also.   Interests & Activities:Love to spent time with family. Family time is my first priority, Also like to do exercise and weight training, play golf , play basketball, watch sports, go to the beach, travel etc. I am a very active person with strong family values.
